By accessing or using GravityAgent ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

GravityAgent provides AI-powered spam detection and filtering for Gravity Forms on WordPress websites. The Service analyzes form submissions to identify and flag potential spam while ensuring legitimate submissions are not blocked.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Billing

Pricing: Subscription fees are based on your selected plan and analysis volume. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual subscriptions receive a 17% discount.

Refunds: We offer a 14-day free trial. After conversion to a paid subscription, refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access restrictions
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service to process data you do not have rights to process
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

6. Service Level

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our API services. In the event of service unavailability, GravityAgent operates on a "fail-open" design—form submissions will proceed normally without blocking legitimate users.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by GravityAgent and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GravityAgent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that all spam will be detected.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GravityAgent from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GravityAgent operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
